Simply log-in and access in "real time" the options a homebuyer has selected, review cut-off dates, and most importantly what they have chosen and paid for to complete their final sales addendum. When meeting with construction, I can review placement diagrams and make reference to any install notations. Studio Chateau is easy to use and it allows instant access to lot options in all different forms while alleviating the worry when tracking options on a phase to phase basis. There are all types of reports that I can choose to print so I tailor my tracking to my liking and always show that I have the latest option orders.
